1 banana
1/2 C. nonfat yogurt (plain or any flavor of choice)
1/2 C. water or milk (depending on thickness)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (2 tbsp = 0 pts)
2 packets stevia (natural herbal sweetener- you can add more if you prefer sweeter chocolate, this has a nice rich dark flavor)
blend and enjoy!
